What are your business hours?
We are open Monday – Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time
How long does it take before I receive my order?
We ship all orders that are received before 4:00 PM, the next business day.
You would be provided a tracking number to determine the exact day and time your shipment would arrive.
What if I have a problem with the product?
All products come with Manufacturers Warranty. If you find the product defective, please return it to us in its original packaging and we’ll replace it with a new one.
